DR. CLAUS G. WAGNER-BARTAK

President and Chairman of the Board

 

Dr. Wagner-Bartak is an accomplished and internationally recognized scientist and business executive. He has been a consultant and advisor to both business and governments involving frontier technologies, innovations and business systems. He received his university education in sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Medicine) at Ludwig-Maximilian University, Munich, Germany and in business administration and engineering management at Technical University, Munich, Germany.

 

Dr. Wagner-Bartak has led major multinational aerospace projects from sounding rockets to interplanetary spacecraft and space shuttle systems, developed information technology systems and founded successful business ventures, utilizing most advanced technologies and resulting in the development of novel pharmaceutical, biotechnological and advanced chemical products. He pioneered and coordinated the research/development of the globally recognized accomplishment known as the “Canada-Arm”. This premiere innovation continues to be a key contributor to the success of the 21st Century NASA Space Shuttle and Space Station missions.

 

He has been honored with many international awards in recognition of his achievements. These include the NASA Public Service Medal, the NASA Astronaut Award and the International Joseph Engelberger Award, considered worldwide as the most prestigious award in robotics and automatic systems for excellence in technical development, application, education and management.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Peter Versace

Executive Vice President and Secretary

 

A corporate “Intrepreneur” Peter Versace has honed his award winning management skills as an accomplished operations executive. A consummate Business Analyst, Mr. Versace has particular competence in management of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Patent and Trademark Registration, Regulatory Compliance, International Trade and Licensing.

  

Highly experienced with Governmental relations, Mr. Versace has led initiatives in Government and Military Sales, regulatory processes for Import/Export, Environmental and International standards.

 

Mr. Versace has broad Information Technology and Business Development expertise in multiple corporate positions developing systems for:

 

· e-Commerce,

· Finance/Marketing ,

· International Component Sourcing and Manufacture,

· Supply Chain Management and Logistics

 

As President of SOCIETE COMMERCIALE DES TRANSACTIONS, INC (SCT, Inc.) an import/export business development company he specialized in brand development, regulatory compliance services, consumer, government and military sales, joint ventures and licensing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DR. LORNA M. WRIGHT-WILLIAMS

Vice President of Research and Development.

 

Dr. Wright-Williams is responsible for the overall planning, co-ordination and direction of Red Reef Laboratories research and development activities.  Her extensive experience in R&D has led to the development of novel chemical products for microelectronics and oil field applications. In addition, she has also worked in production and quality control in chemical manufacturing plants.

Dr. Wright-Williams earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Johnson C. Smith University and a Ph.D. in chemistry from Georgia Institute of Technology.  She was one of the first recipients of the David and Lucille Packard fellowship
