THE RED REEF LABS EXTERNAL ADVISORY BOARD

 

RED REEF LABS is in the planning phase of establishing a small and broadly experienced Advisory Board ready to assist management to achieve specific company objectives. Since the company strives to maintain a small core team of executives, the Advisory Board may provide helpful, objective advice to the company to achieve specific, mutually agreed upon goals.

 

The Advisory Board shall be composed of specialists in synergetic disciplines, business executives, entrepreneurs, and other accomplished individuals, interested in the growth of a company with a vision. Using their contacts and experience, the members of the Advisory Board may help management in such areas as expansion and diversification planning, review and application of suitable management systems and with support of due diligence actions for prospective acquisitions.

 

 

Mr. Jordan Serlin

Mr. Serlin is currently President of Cenuco, Inc., a division of Ascendia Brands (American Stock Exchange: ASB). Cenuco is a leading pioneer in cellular software services. Mr. Serlin has served in this post since 2003. The company moved to the American Stock exchange in 2004, under Mr. Serlin's direction, reaching nearly $100 million in market value. Named one of Silicon Alley Reporter's "Top Internet Entrepreneurs to Watch" in the 1990s, Mr. Serlin served as the Chief Marketing Officer for FortuneCity.com, helping to guide that firm to a $90 million Initial Public Offering, and a revenue sharing engagement with Time Warner, Inc., valued in excess of $100 million. Mr. Serlin was also the founding CEO for WeMedia.com, the world's first Internet portal for people with disabilities. He sold his interest in the company in a private sale in 1999 for a non-published amount.

 

 

Mr. Kurt Rahn

Mr. Rahn, a senior level executive in the IT industry with over 20 years of corporate experience working at Avon Products, Kraft Foods and as a consultant to IBM, has also generously agreed to join the company’s Advisory Board. Mr. Rahn’s strengths are in systems analysis, database design and systems integration supporting sales and supply chain systems, order tracking and fulfillment, forecast reporting and overall corporate information architecture. Mr.Rahn’s input will be invaluable as Red Reef acquires operating companies and expands operations, and will need to integrate data collection systems among subsidiaries and branches interstate and internationally. Mr. Rahn’s knowledge and experience extends beyond IT and will be called upon for advice in various decision making situations.

 

 

 

PROFILE

Results driven professional with proven success in Water and Fire Restoration, financial management and customer relations.  Experienced at carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, content cleaning, fire and smoke cleaning, water restoration (Applied Structural Drying) and mold restoration.  Has demonstrated ability to recognize new techniques and apply them to current industry norms to enhance productivity and profitability.

 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

· Member of Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).  Result:  Enforcement of continuing education of company employees to become certified in water and fire restoration, carpet cleaning and applied structural drying.

· Built a solid network in the industry to ensure all aspects of water and fire restoration are met.  Affiliate companies include Water Out, IICRC, NADCA and the Extreme Team.  Result:  Increased sales, year over year, including travel to Hurricane areas to assist in the restoration of property.

· Trained insurance adjusters. Result: Ensured that our restoration techniques would be accepted in the insurance industry and our estimates would be competitive with industry competition.

· Obtained General Contractors License to ensure continuing membership in the Tennessee Home Builders Association and the Alabama Home Builders Association.

· Recognized in the Top 500 in the “Remodeling” Magazine
